Meet our Team Supervisors

Torri Smith Tejral, BCBA, LIMHP

I have a passion for working with children on the Autism Spectrum and advocating for evidenced based practice.  I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Over the course of my career, I have provided outpatient mental health services, intensive home based therapy services and center based therapy for children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. My husband Chris and I live in La Vista with our 3 children.

Jessi Fletcher, M.S., BCBA

I am the Training Director and also a Program Supervisor.  I am passionate about teaching both children and adults.  Growth is exciting, and that is why I feel honored to be a part of the CAS team.  I am married and am a mom of three.  We love creating family time to enjoy the outdoors.

Michelle Mullen, MSW, BCBA

I received my Bachelors in Social Work at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2011. I then completed my Masters in Social Work at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in May 2014.  While pursuing my masters, I worked as a behavior therapist for CAS and completed my internship at Choices Counseling. Upon completion of my masters, I began taking coursework to pursue my BCBA, through the Florida Tech BCBA Certificate Program. In October 2015, I completed my BCBA coursework, and began working as a Clinical Supervisor at CAS in January 2016.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, exploring nature, spending time with friends and family, and eating Indian food.

Elizabeth M. Bullington, BCBA, LMHP

I have been with CAS since 2012, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner.  I began my journey in Behavior Analysis as an undergraduate student at Midland Lutheran College where I received my bachelor degree in psychology and minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have continued my interest in behavior and specifically in helping children diagnosed with Autism through my internship at UNMC, and graduated from UNO with my Masters Degree in Psychology. Through my studies one quote from Ivan Pavlov has always stuck with me, "Be passionate in your work and in your search for the truth."

Kat Lewis, M.S., BCBA

I have been practicing ABA for 8 years. I worked as a BCaBA for several years before pursuing my BCBA. I also hold a masters in nutrition and enjoy collaborating with families to improve their children’s feeding and eating challenges.  When not on the job, I enjoy being outside, being active, and traveling  as much as possible.

Ashley Liggett, MS., BCBA

I was introduced to behavior analysis in 2010 at Western Michigan University, where I worked with children on the Autism spectrum at the WoodsEdge Learning Center.  I graduated with my Bachelors of Science (BS) in Behavioral Psychology from Western Michigan University in 2012 and worked as a behavior technician for another 2 years before deciding to go back to school to get my Master’s degree.  In 2014 I began at Florida Institute of Technology where I was heavily involved in research looking into longevity and relapse of treatment.  I graduated with my Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management in 2016.  In August 2016, I moved to Nebraska where I worked at the Munroe-Meyer Institute’s Severe Behavior Unit.  Since early 2017, I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working exclusively with children on the Autism spectrum.

Meet our Support Staff

Tina Persinger, Office Manager

It is both my pleasure and privilege to serve as the Office Manager for CAS.  I have been with the company since our debut in August 2011.  In January 2018 I began working full time at the Papillion office, giving me more of an opportunity to work directly with client families regarding services and insurance.  In my personal time I get to enjoy my children and grandchildren alongside my husband.  We love to walk, travel, attend local concerts/events and kayak.
